Return & Exchange Policy
Returns or exchanges are applicable only in the following situations:
Wrong product delivered
Product received with major damages
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
Color variation (as slight differences may occur due to mobile photography, lighting, and screen display settings)
Quality concerns or personal dislikes
Products that have been altered, customized, or used
Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement
To initiate a return request for wrong product delivery or major damage:
You must send a proper unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery.
The video must not have any cuts, edits, pauses, or interruptions.
The video must be taken in good lighting, showing the package from opening to the product reveal.
Returns cannot be processed without a proper unboxing video.
Return Conditions
For a return request to be accepted:
The product must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.
All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
The product must be returned in the same condition as received.
Return shipping charges must be borne by the customer.
Refund Policy
Once the returned product is inspected and approved, refunds will be initiated.
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
No refunds will be provided for:
Items without valid unboxing proof
Customized or altered items
Products returned in used or damaged condition
Note: Cash-on-delivery (COD) orders may be refunded via bank transfer or store credit.
Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation Before Shipping
You may cancel your order before it has been shipped.
Contact our customer support immediately for cancellation.
A full refund will be issued for prepaid orders.
Once the product is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
2. Customized / Altered Orders
If you have requested custom alterations (fall/pico, blouse stitching, size changes, etc.),
cancellation is not allowed once alteration work has begun.Please review your customization requirements carefully before confirming the order.
3. Orders With Alterations
Orders that include any form of customization or alteration cannot be cancelled or returned.

Thoorigai Silks reserves the right to modify, update, or change this Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
